Regional small-scale production
Each frame is crafted piece by piece in our partner workshops within a 30-kilometer radius, with a trained eye and feel for the material. This makes each STADICHAIR a sturdy, unique piece with character.

Without the club logo, we ship your seat within one working day – just as it came out of the stadium.
With the club logo, we give it a basic clean first. That usually takes 10 working days.
After that, your parcel usually takes 1–3 working days within Germany, 2–5 within the EU and 6–15 worldwide.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking link. It can take a few hours before the first status appears.

All orders are dispatched from Germany.
Shipping costs and methods
After you enter your delivery address, checkout shows the shipping methods available for your order and their costs. The calculation takes account of the products ordered, destination and configured rate conditions.
Shipping costs shown at checkout apply to each order. Any available free-shipping option is subject exclusively to the applicable rate conditions shown there.
Delivery times
We dispatch your order from Germany. Delivery time depends on the product selected, destination and available shipping method.
Product-specific preparation times, such as refurbishment or pre-order lead times, are stated in the product description. Transit time starts when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
If a transit time is stated for a shipping method, it applies to that specific method. It does not replace any additional preparation time stated in the product description. For pre-orders, the delivery information stated for the product applies.
Preparation of Madrid products
Your original seat is carefully prepared before dispatch. Versions supplied with cleaning require up to 10 business days for this preparation. The version without the club logo is dispatched uncleaned.
Transit time for the selected shipping method starts afterwards. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Tracking and order status
You can find your order status in your customer account. Check the delivery time stated for your order and any product-specific preparation time. After dispatch, follow your shipment using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.
A shipping label alone does not confirm handover to the carrier. Tracking is updated after the shipment is recorded by the carrier.
International deliveries
Deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, import charges or local taxes. These are payable by the recipient unless we expressly indicate at checkout that we assume them. Customs clearance and local import procedures may extend transit times.

If the delivery time stated for your order has passed and tracking does not resolve the issue, contact support@stadichair.de and include your order number.
Used stadium seat shells may have minor imperfections from use. The seat shells may also differ in shape from the product images shown. Depending on the manufacturer, the seat shells have different proportions and may, for example, have backrests of different heights.
We give seats with a club logo a quick clean before shipping. We deliberately leave stickers in place - they're part of the seat's history. Seats without a club logo are shipped uncleaned.
Chairs and bar stools come as kits with 12 to 18 screws so they arrive safely through parcel shipping. Assembly is child's play and takes just a few simple steps.

- 1x T10 Torx OR 1x 13 mm open-end wrench (depending on the seat shell)
- 1x 10 mm open-end wrench
- 1x 6 mm Allen key
- 1x 4 mm Allen key
We give seats, chairs and barstools a basic clean before shipping. Scratches, wear and discolouration stay. They are part of the original. Any exceptions are stated in the product description.
Seats without the club logo ship uncleaned, just as they came out of the stadium. That’s why they cost less and are on their way after just one working day.
At home, water and a soft cloth are all you need: wipe, polish dry, done. Avoid strongly alkaline cleaners.
If the colour has faded or turned chalky – often the case with red – our STADICHAIR Wundermittel helps. Apply very thinly and work it in gently.
Please don’t flame-treat the seat, even though it’s often recommended online. Most stadium seats are made of polyamide. The material melts and drips instead of looking like new.

If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to the following right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to stadichair GmbH + Co. KG, Krackser Str. 12, Gebäude 13, 33659 Bielefeld without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
There is no right of withdrawal for distance contracts for the delivery of goods made to the customer's specifications, clearly tailored to personal needs, or which, by their nature, are unsuitable for return.
Good to know: Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we do not offer a voluntary right to return, exchange, or cancel.
