Terms and conditions

1. Organiser

The organiser of this prize draw is STADICHAIR GmbH + Co. KG, Krackser Str. 12, G13, 33659 Bielefeld, Germany ("Organiser"). This promotion is in no way connected to, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Real Madrid C.F. or adidas AG.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons aged 18 or over who, during the promotion period or earlier, purchased an original stadium seat from the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, Madrid, or a STADICHAIR from the Organiser's shop. Complete and truthful details in the entry form are required, in particular a valid order number and order date. Employees of the Organiser and persons directly involved in the conception and execution, as well as their relatives, are excluded. One entry per qualifying order is permitted.

3. Period, entries and multiple chances

The closing date is Sunday, 21 June 2026, 23:59 (CEST). The time of receipt by the Organiser is decisive. One (1) entry is granted per stadium seat purchased and two (2) entries per STADICHAIR purchased. The number of entries is based on verifiable qualifying purchases.

4. Prizes and winner selection

A total of eleven (11) Stadium Shirts 26/27 will be drawn. Winners are determined after the closing date on the following Monday by random selection among all valid entries. If valid entries exceed the number of prizes, the submitted tip on the final score of Uruguay – Cape Verde decides; the entry closest to the actual result wins. The prize is provided subject to availability in the size stated by the winner; if unavailable, the closest matching size is supplied.

5. Notification and shipping

Winners are notified by email to the address provided after the draw. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the notification being sent with the details required for shipping, the claim lapses and the Organiser may select a substitute winner. Shipping is worldwide and free of charge, either together with an order not yet shipped or separately. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.

6. Data protection

Personal data collected for participation (in particular name, email address, order details, shirt size and tip) is processed solely for the purpose of running and handling the prize draw and deleted afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Processing may take place via the service provider Klaviyo. Data is not passed to third parties for advertising; any newsletter sign-up requires separate, voluntary consent. The Organiser's privacy policy applies in addition.

7. Early termination and exclusion

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the prize draw in whole or in part for good cause – e.g. force majeure, manipulation, technical faults or legal reasons – without any claims arising for participants. In the event of a breach of these terms or incorrect details, the Organiser may exclude participants and revoke prizes already awarded.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
