Shipping Partners
Depending on the destination country, product, weight and selected shipping method, we ship your order with DHL, DPD, UPS, Canada Post or a comparable shipping provider.
The shipping methods and shipping costs actually available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Orders to Canada and the USA may also be shipped from our warehouse in Canada for eligible products. At present, this applies to selected STADICHAIRs from Madrid. If shipping from Canada is available for your order, you can select the corresponding shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, shipping method, weight, order quantity and the products ordered.
The following prices are therefore provided as a guideline only. The shipping costs displayed at checkout for your specific order shall always apply.
Germany

For smaller products such as socks, shirts and accessories:

free shipping from an order value of €39.90
DPD Standard
from €4.95
free shipping from an order value of €500
DPD Express
from €12.95
DHL Parcel
The price is calculated based on weight, parcel size and order.
Other European Countries
Depending on the destination country, weight and product, shipping costs currently range, for example, from €8.95 to €24.95.
For some countries and shipping methods, different shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds apply depending on weight and order value.
Canada
For shipments from Germany, shipping costs currently start at approximately CAD 85.
Separate shipping rates are available for products that can be shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse. Within Canada, for example:
Standard shipping from CAD 45 or calculated shipping with Canada Post.
USA
For shipments from Germany, shipping costs currently start at approximately USD 75.
Separate shipping options are available for products shipped from our Canadian warehouse to the USA, for example UPS from USD 60 or calculated shipping with Canada Post.
Other International Destinations
Depending on the destination country, weight and product, shipping costs currently start, for example, at €50, €60 or €124.95.
In certain shipping zones, free-shipping thresholds may also apply depending on order value, for example from €500, €750, €1,000 or €5,000.
These amounts are guidelines only and do not constitute a binding shipping-price guarantee. The final shipping cost for your specific order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
If your item is in stock and immediately available, your order is generally ready for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of the order.
Processing times may differ for individually manufactured products, limited items, pre-orders or products that are not immediately available.
You can find the delivery time applicable to your order in your order confirmation and customer account. Please check this information first if you have questions about the status of your delivery.
During periods of particularly high order volumes – for example during the Christmas season, product launches or major club campaigns – processing may take longer in individual cases.
Transit Time
After the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the usual transit time is approximately:
Germany: 2 to 3 business days
Europe: 2 to 7 business days
Outside Europe: 7 to 21 business days
These are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery times.
International shipments in particular may take longer due to customs clearance, import regulations, public holidays or processing by the respective shipping provider.
Customs and International Shipments
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs formalities as well as import duties, taxes or fees in the destination country.
For export shipments from Germany with a value of more than €1,000, an electronic export declaration to German customs may be required. Depending on the shipping route and shipping provider, prior customs clearance may also be necessary.
These additional export formalities may mean that an order cannot be handed over to the shipping provider immediately after packing and that preparation for dispatch may take longer.
Additional import duties, customs charges or taxes in the destination country are generally payable by the customer unless we explicitly assume these charges at checkout and they are already shown there.
Shipping Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information, provided tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Please note: After the shipping label has been created, it may take more than 24 hours for the shipping provider to perform the first scan and for the tracking status to update.
A shipping label that has already been created therefore does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already been collected by the shipping provider.
Where Is My Order?
If you have questions about the delivery date, please first check:
- your order confirmation,
- the stated delivery time for the product ordered,
- your customer account, and
- after dispatch, the carrier's tracking information.
This is where you will generally find the most up-to-date information about your order.
Packaging
We carefully package every STADICHAIR to ensure it is protected during transport. Wherever reasonably possible, we aim to avoid unnecessary packaging materials and plastic.
